Returns and Exchanges

 

 

At Bed by Eight, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help make the return process as simple as possible.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must:

 

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

Be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

2. How to Return an Item

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact our customer support team at infobedbyeight@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

3. Pack your item securely, and ensure that all original tags are intact.

 

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

3. Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the item is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days

 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

 

If you need a different size or color, we are happy to offer exchanges, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at infobedbyeight@gmail.com. Once we receive your item, we will send out the replacement and provide you with tracking information.

 

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or suggest an alternative product.

 

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If you received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we sincerely apologize. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund after [insert refund processing time], please check your bank account again or contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
