At Bed by Eight, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless from start to finish. Below, you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping policies, delivery times, and costs.
1. Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 5-7business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
For items that are made to order, please note that these products will take approximately 7 days to produce before they are ready for shipment. After production, they will be shipped out according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
Please note that for made-to-order items, the shipping time begins after the 7-day production period.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping option selected at checkout. While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
For international shipments, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Made-to-Order Items
Some items on our website are made to order and require additional time to produce. Once your order is placed, these items will take approximately 7 days to be created. After production is complete, your item will be shipped based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please consider both the production time and shipping time when estimating when your order will arrive.
For example:
• Standard Shipping: 7 days of production + 5-7 business days for delivery.
• Express Shipping: 7 days of production + 2-3 business days for delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website for up-to-date information on the status of your delivery.
6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, please be aware that delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, severe weather conditions). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at infobedbyeight@gmail.com and we will assist you in locating your package.
7. International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to a variety of countries. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees.
8. Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bed by Eight is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at infobedbyeight@gmail.com
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Bed by Eight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier for assistance. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management and reach out to the carrier for further investigation.
